I guess that's the price for a conservative mayor... Me that had no a priori in British politics... The richest boroughs are now out of the congestion charge... In exchange record public transports price rise... If this isn't stupid and unfair I do not know what it is.
It's unfair that the richest are outside. Plus it's unfair that the only car free from the charge are new ones. The cheapest is £9,000 according to this list -
